Are THE SKIN FIRM products suitable for all skin types?

All of our products have been tested on fellow humans like you and I, but we are all unique creatures and certain ingredients might cause a reaction in some individuals.

If using any of our products for the first time, do test it on a patch of skin away from your face, such as your inner arm. If you do not experience a reaction after 24 hours, you may proceed to apply the product on your face.

Where stated, our products have been independently tested and approved by external laboratories for sensitivity and efficacy.

Do THE SKIN FIRM products contain harmful chemicals?

None of our products contain harmful chemicals or ingredients like parabens, alcohol, phthalates and plastic microbeads.

Where do your ingredients come from?

Our ingredients are sourced from the most established specialty cosmetics ingredient makers from around the world. All of our high-quality active ingredients are procured solely from the USA and Korea.

Who develops THE SKIN FIRM products?

All our products are developed in-house by resident chemical engineers, who have decades of combined experience creating cosmetics formulations. They conduct rigorous research and development, and testing of the efficacy and performance of every product, within our very own laboratories.

Are THE SKIN FIRM products organic or natural?

We use 100% naturally-derived active ingredients, but do not restrict our formulations to exclusively natural or organic ingredients.

While we are striving towards creating the most natural formulations possible, safety and efficacy is of our utmost concern. As such, we sometimes include ingredients such as preservatives in our products to ensure that the best possible health and wellness of your skin is always maintained.

We also ensure that all our products are free from harmful chemicals like parabens, alcohol and phthalates.
