How much does shipping cost?

Standard postage is free to Singapore addresses when you spend S$50 or more. The cost of shipping to international destinations or orders below S$50 to an address in Singapore will be calculated at check out.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery of international orders.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We do not accept a cancellation if a shopper simply no longer wants the item. Our fabulous content wizards have spent plenty of caffeine-fuelled hours ensuring that each product is accurately described. Please do ensure that you have selected the right product that you wish to treat your skin to, before submitting an order.

Can I return my purchase?

We are gobsmacked that you did not fall in love with our carefully crafted formulation. However, in the unlikely scenario that you no longer wish to pamper your skin with our product, please contact us at hello@skinfirm.co with a return request within 30 days of purchase.

At this moment, we do not offer refunds and would love for you to try another of our products which may be more suitable for your skin.

Once your request has been accepted, you may return the gently-used product to us for free at any of our pop-up locations, or send the gently-used product to us by mail. Please include your original order number for an exchange to be processed.
