APPLICATION REVIEW

Applications are reviewed and upon approval, wholesale pricing will be provided to the wholesaler. This process usually takes about 5 business days. 

SAMPLES
Once your application is submitted, you will receive a 50% off discount code to purchase our Minis Kit that represents The Skin Care line-up. Limit one per store location.

HOW TO ORDER
Once your application is approved, you may place your order on our website with further details.

PRODUCT MERCHANDISING & REPRESENTATION
Only approved store displays and images are to be employed, to preserve the integrity of The Skin Firm brand. We ask that any new displays or images to be submitted for our records. Wholesalers are expected to comply with regular audits that include photos of store displays and screenshots of any online representation of The Skin Firm brand.  

PRIVATE OR WHITE LABELLING
The Skin Firm product labels must not be altered or obscured. If so, wholesale status will be revoked and we will pursue legal action at the wholesalers expense. 

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
The Skin Firm products may be sold in approved brick-and-mortar stores, spas, or via online retailers with their own storefronts (websites) or social media accounts. Wholesalers may not resell our products on any other platform, including, but not limited to, online marketplaces such as Amazon, Lazada, Carousell, Ebay, Shopee etc.

MANUFACTURER'S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE
Products or goods purchased under wholesale accounts shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
In the event the products or goods are offered for sale at a discount, the wholesale buyer shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount must be requested in writing to hello@skinfirm.co at least 21 days before the implementation of the discount.

WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in Singapore dollars (S$). All authorised retailers will receive 40% off our retail price for skincare products, shipping not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OPENING ORDERS
Currently, a minimum order of S$350 is required on opening orders. Payment is due immediately and is collected during the order process. 

RE-ORDERS
A S$250 minimum order is required for re-orders.

ORDER CHANGES
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@skinfirm.co within 24 hours.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. 

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact hello@skinfirm.co within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. If your case is deemed defective, returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
